PROPOSAL ADMINISTRATOR/SPECIALIST/MANAGER

The Proposal Administrator/Specialist/Manager position is responsible to the Vice President of Business Development for day to day requirements and deadlines for Government contract proposal activities and contract support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION

  • Researches and tracks potential bids
  • Perform analysis of solicitation requirements
  • Write Past Performance/Historical relevance documents
  • Review and edit technical narrative
  • Assist with proposal development, scheduling, and final submission coordination
  • Liaise with Government customer
  • Perform proposal production, email/ship proposal
  • Review and respond to customer evaluation of proposals
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality over information, conversations, and schedules

DESIRED

  • Computer skills – Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience with editing and writing in support of proposals, work instructions, or correspondence
  • Experience with responding and coordinating proposals from RFP to submission
  • Experience supporting team projects
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional OTJ training
  • Experience using Federal Procurement Data System, FedBizOpps and other marketing intelligence solutions (GovWin etc)

QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of relevant experience. Must have skills in problem solving and analysis. Must be customer focused and be able to manage projects in a timely manner. Must possess interpersonal skills, leadership attributes, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
