DMS manages and oversees a staff responsible for Administrative Support, Records Management, Mail and Office Supply, Lands Support Logistician Technical Services, Purchasing Administrative Support, Environmental Administrative Services, Facility Management Support, Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance, and Warehousing/Property Management Services.

Realty Specialist Services

​

DMS provides multiple realty specialist personnel for realty specialist services at various projects within the SNR region. The SNR region includes northern and central California and parts of Nevada.  DMS Realty Specialists are required to exercise sound technical judgment to gather and analyze data on the situation in order to develop and propose viable options and strategies to address land issues encountered in Rights-of-way maintenance and construction activities.
